A solo project I did as the final assignment for a photojournalism module in my last semester in Ngee Ann Polytechnic. In this photo essay, I explored the architectural style of Golden Mile Complex in light of the then pending en-bloc situation.

My Honours thesis examines Chinese-medium schools in Singapore as an “institutionalised home”. It draws on oral histories to critique the myth of English as a neutral working language, and the moral role assigned to mother tongue education.

In these pages are six poems written while I was taking a class on creative writing back in 2018/19. It was way out of my comfort zone penning these down, but I was glad to come away with different poetry forms such as prose-poems, a tanka (in mandarin no less!) and a twin cinema.
